Brain Development

There is extensive research on how young adults learn and develop. I like what Bowen said on page 77 ” when learners practice, the brain grows”

Think of a musical instrument, sport, foreign language or other skill you have mastered. How much time and effort did the process take? Has it become harder or easier over time to perform that skill? How do you study for tests? What habits or practices produce the best grades?

Check  out this interesting article that walks you through Brain Plasticity.

The brain never stops learning.
